American documentary-style drama which investigates a real-life sex killer who terrorised Boston in the early sixties, murdering 13 women during blackouts. Massachusetts Attorney-General John S. Bottomly leads the effort to track down the psychotic plumber Albert de Salvo (Tony Curtis) who is responsible for the ruthless killings.
