In our day we were forerunners/pioneers in the sport of distance running further than marathons, 50k runs, 100k and 100 mile road track or country races.This book contains lots of funny stories and lots of historical photographs of actual world bests. There was great teamwork throughout both by runners, officials and running clubs. The records we set in the 1980s still stand the test of time and to this day are still right up to toys times and records.How did we do it?
