This might be something you haven't really thought about a lot. Typically, when we think about control, we think about what the narcissist does and what the psychopath does. You know they're controlling your life in some way: emotionally, mentally, physically, financially, spiritually and otherwise. In some way they had control over your life but I would encourage you to look a little deeper by purchasing this book and recognize that you too can change your life and recover from covert abuses.
