This is a psychological book to promote self-consciousness. It analyses the necessary balance of security in life - to both feel comfortable and push the boundaries of that comfort. Since security can be manipulated from outside and inside by forces which leave you insecure and in need of security, self-control is the key to freedom.

Relationships are built in society with security and trust of insecurities which builds even more trust and security but can be destroyed by problems or guilt resulting in insecurity and a destabilized relationship.

A box is identity/security, (belief, money, trends, family, war/sport, media, class, addiction) used in a society/system which is a circle or cycle to climb a pyramid/triangle with identity, self-conscious stability is key.
