They are made from a series of knitted tubes that are stuffed and assembled into charming animals. All the steps needed to produce each animal are carefully explained. The book is written for adults, but is suitable for children with adult help and supervision. Knitting instructions are provided for several dogs, cats, and rabbits. A pattern for a bear is included. Many of the animals can be made so that they can be posed. The crafter can select different kinds of yarn to get a completely different look for some of the animals.
