Kelli West wages war against the raccoons in the attic of her future Bed and Breakfast, falls in love with a borrowed dog, and finds an unlikely friendship with the sexy man who is always running to her rescue.

Then, there are the murders. The ex-boyfriend. The best friend. The pranks. The dumbwaiter. And, a boathouse that hides its own secrets.

What has happened to the quiet, lake town Kelli remembers and loves? Will she succeed at opening her B&B or will crime stop her?

The highly imaginative and combative cast of characters and adorable, quirky animals will have you wanting to move to the lake and become part of the eccentric community of Dually-Idaho where there are more secrets than the police can solve.
