the Seven-Star Praying Mantis style is a traditional Chinese Kung Fu Style which originated at the end of the Míng dynasty in Yantái, in Shandong province, northern China. Our style was so lucky as to be able to include among its theoretical writings an entire volume about an ancient Qì Gong routine, the " - Shào Lín Yi Bo Zhen Chuán - Canon of the real transmission of Shào Lín, attributed to the Taoist/ sage - Shéng Xiao and represents a true treasure, never revealed to western practitioners. I tried to put into perspective the hermetic teachings of Taoist practice of this ancient text with the teachings of traditional Chinese medicine, correlating them also with the exercises I already know, to get the maximum result in practice. I hope I succeeded at least in part.
