An unprecedented airborne virus known as Tar has quickly spread across the nation, and those infected are deported without question. Rival hippie-scientists Crisis and Basil believe that the virus is purely aesthetic, and that these deportations are merely an excuse to trim the fat off the population. Can they make a difference before it's too late? What does it really take to be a leader? Each chapter of this dark dystopian comedy corresponds to a song on the debut Bird Problems album "TAR".
