We have many options to choose for healing. Many excellent doctors, nurses, hospitals, prescription and over-the-counter treatments are available; over six thousand prescription medications alone. Other, traditional ways are also mentioned for healing, and ways that we can even avoid being sick, or reduce the chances of becoming ill are mentioned. This is a basic, beginning treatment of these, but is more complete than any other source that has been encountered by the author.
