A light-hearted story that captures the travails of an in-between generation of parents and children, in their quest for wedded bliss. I have taken inspiration from the events and people around me. Siddarth and Shubha, the young hero and heroine of my book will remind you of friends, nieces and nephews, maybe even yourself. You will see shades of their parents in the many uncles, aunts, cousins around you. The story starts with the hunt for the ideal spouse, and ends in a happy marriage. This is a story of the transitional generation of South Indian middle class parents and children, with all their endearing quirks.
